Natto

Natto is good for vegetarians/vegans because it has rich protein and many kinds of vitamins like B 2 · E · K, mineral components such as potassium · zinc · calcium · iron, and lots of good dietary fiber.

Many women like to eat Natto as it contains Isoflavones which is similar estrogen. Estrogen is good for keeping strong bones and helps you relax and can help to ease menopause.

It has many other benefits among them are fatigue recovery, promotion of bowel movement, and contains 1 billion Bacillus per 1 gram of it that helps to make good bacteria in the gut, nutritional enhancement, stimulation of cholesterol metabolism, helps to keep a healthy immune system, and is a good antioxidant and helps to prevent cancer.

Natto can be stored for a long time one month in the fridge or 9 months in the freezer.

Recipes on how to use Natto

I. A common Japanese style.

  1. Open the pack.
  2. Add the sauce and mustard then mix.
  3. Pour it on a bowl of hot rice and enjoy it.

Feel free to add you own ingredients to see what you like and make it your own.

II. If you like pizza, you can top with it and some extra cheese mmmmm delicious!

III. You can also add it to soups and stews.

IV. If you are looking for a new healthy sweet, put some ice cream on frozen Natto and enjoy.

You can also add, kinako soy beans powder on Natto and pour over some honey, syrup or fruit juice/jam.
